During this 50-day plan you can lose anywhere between 20 and 50 pounds.
Rules: - Stick to the diet, exactly what it says for that day. Obviously, if you eat a bit over the amount you're supposed to have on one day, just continue like nothing happened. If you eat a lot over what you're supposed to, either exercise it off or lower the calories for the next day. If you keep mucking up, start again (unless you're past day 25). - Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. - Submit photos (nudity must be put behind a cut, and warnings for nudity/NSFW must appear somewhere in the post) to the community and/or to your personal profile at least once a week for tracking your progress. Even if you haven't lost much weight, or are starting again, you must post at least one body shot every week. This does not have to be a full body shot, but you may not just post face shots alone. - Post at least three evenings a week to the community.
I want this to be a nice, friendly community where people feel they can talk and ask for support. If I think someone if violating the rules to an extreme degree, or upsetting people in the comm, I will remove them completely.
